She explained how the eCommerce industry today has to constantly address the needs of a new generation of customers who are becoming more dynamic, aggressive, intelligent and demanding.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-39948\" src=\"https:\/\/qnet.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/Malou-Caluza-Panelist-1-1024x745.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"745\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p>\u201cConstant innovation is a must to keep up with the ever-changing environment we\u2019re in, as customers are becoming more empowered and tech-savvy than ever before,\u201d said Malou in her presentation. \u201cHowever, we have to be mindful when we innovate.
